Anjier Chen
Anjier Chen is a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Management and Organization, Smeal College of Business, Pennsylvania State University. Her research primarily focuses on strategies, effectiveness, and social consequences of voicing ethical issues in workplace. She also studies the role various emotions (e.g., moral anger, compassion, elevation) play in the phenomenon of ethical voice. Her work has appeared in Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Proceedings, and Business and Society 360 book series.
